For the newer members in the gym, Barbell Club is all about aiming to improve your Upper Body or Lower body strength. The beauty of this is that the program can be altered to suit your level. The experienced guys and girls will get on with it while newer recruits may change the exercise repetitions and sets although we are all aiming for increase strength to achieve a better quality of life and training. Mondays evenings is Upper Body. Tuesday mornings is Mixed while Friday evenings are Lower body.

Look forward to seeing you all get stuck in to this one in the new year. Week 1 will be commencing on the 22nd of December.
