Group PT provides more individual attention than is possible in a class environment, while also allowing you to reap the benefits (competition, motivation, support, fun) of training alongside others in a small group (max 4 people). These sessions are based on a monthly program aimed at improving body composition: losing fat, toning up and changing shape.
When you sign up for group PT you will be given a private online training log. You and your coach can use this to record your performance in each session to ensure that you move towards your goals and see progress in each monthly program. Your coach will also be available to give you nutrition and supplement advice and food diary support, should you wish, and the cost of the group PT package includes use of our body scanner to take detailed measurements.

1 to 1 PT
We offer plain vanilla personal training, one on one with a coach. We shouldn’t really call it plain vanilla as it’s entirely bespoke and crafted to meet your needs, whether these are fat loss, strength training, rehab or more. We have five lovely, experienced coaches who offer 1 to 1 training (Jenna, Kat, Anthony, Josh, and Scotty) and you can read more about them here.
Slots are available throughout the day (6am to 4.30pm) but generally not in the evenings
Varies per coach, from £60 to £85 p/h
