Welcome to Week 6 of this new Deadlift and bench press training phase ANDY.

The final week of Andy is with us and it’s the final training week of 2017. We know it’s going to be a big week for funny xmas jumpers and office parties but that doesn’t mean training stops. Hang tight you have spent time getting to this week so plan your week (if you are going to be sick please go out the back) don’t let those PR lifts slip from your grips.

Heavier weights guys – as with last week if you’re not comfortable take the load down and add a few extra reps.

Squeeze harder. x

CF training program, phase 4, week 5 – 11/12/17 – 17/12/17

Welcome to Week 5 of this new deadlift and bench press training phase ANDY.

Week 5 and we are changing it up again for the final 2 weeks with Andy. The reps are coming down so you should be moving some heavy tin. If you’re not confident with the lower rep ranges go for a slightly lighter weight and a higher rep range, there will be plenty of opportunity to lift heavy later on in 2018 – the strength game is a a long game.

When we hit these lower rep ranges folks make sure you set your self up correctly before you move your weight you don’t want to changing your grip, moving your feet around make sure your ready. Get tight be solid.

Whole Life Challenge

3,2,1…GO!!! Who’s up for a “Whole Life Challenge” (WLC)? In 2017 Momentum Training will be encouraging our members to take part in a WLC with the next one running from 20th January – 2nd March 2018. The 42 days of the WLC will help you create healthy lifestyle habits and a routine that’s all about results not only in the gym but also outside as well.

We have registered a WLC team (Momentum Training). Join our group by using the Momentum Training link. Sign up for $39USD or $29USD for returning clients, late registrations will be $49USD. The WLC online platform creates a community for our gym members and measures individuals and us as a team against the countless other gyms taking part in the 2018 WLC event.  If you need a kick up the backside, get signed up and leave the excuses on the doorstep.
