CrossFit Programme November 24th – 30th

The Reshuffle

 

As we close out the final training cycle of the year it’s time once again to mix things up and keep the body guessing.

Over the last few weeks of the year we’ll be using a mix of strength training and accessory movements. Keeping things moving and making use of those winter calories.

 

Take this week to adjust to the new schedule and begin thinking about  your new goals for when we officially start the new programme in 2026.

 

The hard days are the best because that’s when champions are made, so if you push through, you can push through anything.

If you don’t find the time, if you don’t do the work, you don’t get the results.

Dead last finish is greater than did not finish, which trumps did not start.
