Set the clock to 12minutes then:

EMOM Perform 3 Thrusters w/ 2sec pause in bottom position*

* Must clean bar from floor

3 Rounds for time of:

10 Pull-ups
20 Press-ups
30 Box Jumps 24/20′
40 Air Squats
50 DU
Rest 60sec between rounds
