Day 4: Swim – 800m TT
Day 5 : Bike – Repeat :90 on, :90 off until form/pace deteriorates
Day 6: Run – 5k TT
Runner:
Day 1: Repeat 6:00 on, 6:00 off until form/pace deteriorates
Day 2: Repeat :90 on, :90 off until form/pace deteriorates
Day 3: 5M @ 80% 5k TT pace
