Triathlete:

Day 1: Swim – 2 x (7:00 on, 6:00 off, 6:00 on, 5:00 off, 5:00 on, 4:00 off)

Day 2: Bike – 2 x (7:00 on, 6:00 off, 6:00 on, 5:00 off, 5:00 on, 4:00 off)

Day 3: Run – 2 x (7:00 on, 6:00 off, 6:00 on, 5:00 off, 5:00 on, 4:00 off)

Day 4: Swim -Repeat :60 on, :60 off until form/pace deteriorates

Day 5 : Bike – Repeat :60 on, :60 off until form/pace deteriorates

Day 6: Run  – 13.1M TT

Runner:

Day 1: 2 x (7:00 on, 6:00 off, 6:00 on, 5:00 off, 5:00 on, 4:00 off)

Day 2: Repeat :60 on, :60 off until form/pace deteriorates Row

Day 3: 5M @ 80% RPE Run
