This months W.O.M. will be one for the heavy lifters. We will be aiming to get you guys to establish a 3 RM in 3 major lifts. This will aim to give those who get in and give it a crack a guide to work off in training. Trainers will see you all goals to achieve in the next program and beyond. This is one not to miss.
