10 ea Alternating Box Jumps (I go you go fashion)
15 ea Pull Ups [Scale: Ring Rows]

CrossFit Rookie
5 ea Deadlift 50/40kg
10 ea Alternating Box Jumps (I go you go fashion)
15 ea Ring Rows
