Day 5 : Bike -: 15M @ 85% 20M TT pace
Day 6: Run -: 4 x (7:00 on, 4:00 off)
Runner:
Day 1: 3 x (400m, 200m, 100m), recover 1:1
Day 2: 4 x (7:00 on, 4:00 off)
