Triathlete:
Day 1: Swim – : 500m, 250m, 125m, 75m Recover 1:1
Day 2: Bike – : 5k, 2.5k, 1.5k, 750m Recover 1:1
Day 3: Run – : Repeat 100m, recover :60s, until form/pace deteriorates
Day 4: Swim -: 1600m @ 75% 1200m TT pace
Day 5 : Bike -: Repeat 400m, recover :60s, until form/pace deteriorates
Day 6: Run -: 8M @ 80% race pace
Runner:
Day 1: 1.5M, 1M, 800m, 400m Recover 1:1
Day 2: Repeat 100m, recover :60s, until form/pace deteriorates
Day 3: 10M @ 80% RPE
