Calling all Weapons

This weekend will all be about learning our limits and exploring. For what? The Round 2 of the London Box Battles.

Weather you have entered or not we will be going through the following:

Group A Group B Group C
WOD1 5min to establish most weight moved in the following complex:1 Clean*
1 Front Squat
1 STOH*Any version of clean is allowed (hang, squat, power, split)
WOD2 MAX reps in 2 rounds of:1min MAX Pull-ups:30sec rest1min MAX Thrusters 40/30kg:30sec rest1min MAX DU

Same as group A. Scale Thruster weight 35/25kg MAX reps in 2 rounds of:1min MAX KBS  (American) 20/16kg:30sec rest1min MAX Thrusters 30/20kg:30sec rest1min MAX Single Skips

15 Weight Plate Ground to Overhead 25/20kg
20 WallBalls 9/7kg 10/9’

Our aim with this is to play with this to see where we are at and plan a strategy for our individual fitness level.
