Day 4: Swim -: 60min TT
Day 5 : Bike -: 60min TT
Day 6: Run -: Repeat 1200m, :60s off until form/pace deteriorates
Runner:
Day 1: Repeat 400m, Recover :90s, until form/pace deteriorates
Day 2: Repeat 1200m, :60s off until form/pace deteriorates
Day 3: 12M TT
