Day 5 : Bike -: 10M TT
Day 6: Run -: 5k TT
Runner:
Day 1: Repeat 1200m, recover 3:00 until form/pace deteriorates
Day 2: Repeat (200m, recover 1:1; 100m, recover 1:1) until form/pace deteriorates
Day 3: 5k TT
