10 Kb swings

5 pull ups / ring rows

Working in partner’s follow the leader

format AFAP – 3 rounds each per station

2 min rest between stations

 

5 squat cleans – Bike for 10kcal

 

10 heavy walking lunges – Rowing 10kcal

 

5 thrusters – 10 wall balls
