Barbell Club Phase 12
PB’s have come and gone now it’s time to hit some volume once again to build some resilience in those tendons and get the sliding surfaces of muscle fibres. This program will also keep you warm during the winter months we haven’t got the time to sit around and chat between sets. We need to keep an eye on the rest times with this one and make sure we stick to these as best we can.
What we record we can also manage. Using the attached program to keep track of the reps and weights used to keep those strength gains coming.
