Whole Life Challenge – Part II Measurements & Testing
Setting good habits whether it be the new year or any point throughout it’s always going to bring about beneficial change. If you have read Part I of the Whole Life Challenge (WLC) and are looking at taking on a challenge to improve daily habits not just in the gym but in your day to day life then taking a benchmark is always a good starting point. For anyone who has entered the Whole LIfe Challenge commencing 16th January 2016 there will be FREE assessments on Sunday 10th 12:00-12:30pm & Saturday 16th 9:00 – 10:00am. These will be on a first come first serve basis. Please arrive for your assessment in a timely manner.
We will also be using the workout on the 16th as our benchmark workout for the WLC.
During the Whole Life Challenge we will have a weekly blog post to help you keep on track. Be sure to keep an eye out for these simple daily change that can make a big difference.
