Moving into another fun and exciting week at Momentum training with lots of work to be done and WODs to smash. We are maintaining our focused on our strength with those 1 1/4 reps as well as spending some quality time on our olympic lifting you have also got a spicy workout called “puffy nipple” (I don’t know why but its going to be fun)
