Then EMOM 10 mins
6 KB goblet squats
6 KB GTOH (head cutters)
Rest 5mins

6 KB swings
6 KB press ups to alt rows
Rest 5mins
Then EMOM 10mins
6 pull ups
6 alt KB thrusters
