Comfortable with the uncomfortable…?
This is an advanced class. The main lifts are with barbells. You must know how to perform these movements without instruction and be confident in holding form whilst under fatigue. Other than that, all are welcome
This one looks a bit deceptive on paper, pay it a bit of respect.
You have 3x12min workouts with a partner in a EMOM fashion. You need to brave but not silly with your weight selection. We would like you to make all your reps UB and with great form. I have put some weight suggestions down (what I did mens weights -honest)
5x Power cleans @75/50
5x Back squats @100/60
5x Deadlift @110/80
5x Bench press 75/45
Sled 4laps and tag team with bike (should take 1min)
Bike .
Or
Run. Back alley to Japanese (should take 1min) and back tag team with rower
