Comfortable with the uncomfortable…?

This is an advanced class. The main lifts are with barbells. You must know how to perform these movements without instruction and be confident in holding form whilst under fatigue. Other than that, all are welcome

 

You going to love or hate this one. You got the choice – easy or hard – but you’ll all be going hard, of course.

 

Warm up really well please

 

EMOM (30wrk/30rst) – 15mins per station

Ski erg 30sec

Back squats 30sec @ BW

 

Bike 30sec

Pull up 30sec @BW

 

Rowing 30sec

Bench press 30sec @75% BW
