CrossFit Gymnastics – November
After the fun of October’s personal bests you now have the choice of either continuing to push forwards with new performance tests or taking things back to basics to build strength to achieve movement goals. Do feel free to mix and match according to what you need to work on. Most of all enjoy x
The class will complete part 1 together (handstands and leg raises on ropes) and then there will be two options to choose from for part 2:
Option 1 – Advanced
For people who can already/almost do muscle ups
Option 2 – Intermediate and beginner (can be scaled further where necessary)
For people who can not yet do muscle ups, or chin ups, and want the chance to work on a strength programme over the next few months to help to achieve these
If you have time remaining you can complete part 3 but this is not compulsory.
Everything can be scaled up or down to be appropriate for each individual. Your coach will offer full guidance on this.
