Well done for your massive PBs last month! Consistent attendance throughout the year reaped some impressive rewards.
This consistency usually falters due to holidays in December and January so these two months will focus on body composition, to counter-balance the Christmas cake, and remedial exercises.
Since the gym is closed for a few days during Christmas week, and January is a five-week month, the programme will overlap as follows:
December’s programme: weeks 1 – 3 as normal and week 4 on the first week of January.
January’s programme: weeks 1-4 starting on the second week of January and finishing at the end of the month.
The new five-month cycle will begin in February.
