This is an advanced class. The main lifts are with barbells. You must know how to perform these movements without instruction and be confident in holding form whilst under fatigue. Other than that, all are welcome!

With a BB warm up start light and build to a challenging weight.

Rest 90seconds
Working on your own E2MO2M for 20mins. using 1 bar with 1 weight and a rack please (we don’t bar landing badly on the back of people’s necks) Rx70/50kg
Power clean and press x5
Back squats x10
Pack your stuff away and set up for a smorgasbord of exercises.
