This is an advanced class. The main lifts are with barbells. You must know how to perform these movements without instruction and be confident in holding form whilst under fatigue. Other than that, all are welcome! The weather is great the sun is up so let get even more speedo ready   Warm it up. With a BB warm up start light and build to a challenging weight. 5 rounds 5x Power clean 5x Thrusters 10clas – your choice Rest 90seconds   Working on your own E2MO2M for 20mins. using 1 bar with 1 weight and a rack please (we don’t bar landing badly on the back of people’s necks) Rx70/50kg Power clean and press x5 Back squats x10   Pack your stuff away and set up for a smorgasbord of exercises. 60x kcals -your choice 50x DB box step overs 40x kcals -your choice 30x DB thrusters 20x kcals -your choice 10x DB devil press (burpee)
