We are now in week 3, this week we are dropping the percentages even more! But do not despair, this is for a reason. Week 4 we will be working at 90% of our lifts.

Thursday
A: Power Snatch

B: Power Clean

C: Backsquat
5×7 @65%
D1: Knee Jumps
3×5
D2: Lateral Jumps
3x 1 length across the room
Saturday
A: Snatch Balance
3×3 @65%
B: C&J
3×3 @60%, 3×3 @65%
C: Front Squats
3×5 @65%
D1: Toe Taps 3×20
D2: Back extension on the floor 3×10
