Monday 18 March – Weightlifting Week 3

Hi Team,

We are now in week 3, this week we are dropping the percentages even more! But do not despair, this is for a reason. Week 4 we will be working at 90% of our lifts.

SO…focus this week, use it to fine tune your lifts and get prepped for week 4!

Monday

A: Snatch Pull + High Hang Snatch

4×1+1 @50-60%

B: Snatch

3×3 @60%, 3×3 @65%

C: Backsquat

3×5 @65%

D: Strict Press

3×10 (keep it light)

 

 

Thursday

A: Power Snatch

4×3 @65%

B: Power Clean

4×3 @65%

C: Backsquat

5×7 @65%

D1: Knee Jumps

3×5

D2: Lateral Jumps

3x 1 length across the room

 

 

Saturday

A: Snatch Balance

3×3 @65%

B: C&J

3×3 @60%, 3×3 @65%

C: Front Squats

3×5 @65%

D1: Toe Taps 3×20

D2: Back extension on the floor 3×10
