This is an advanced class. The main lifts are with barbells. You must know how to perform these movements without instruction and be confident in holding form whilst under fatigue. Other than that, all are welcome!

Tonight’s HMC sessions we say a sad goodbye to  a rock of the HMC, Gesa is taking her lifting shoes and moving on to boxes new. We all wish the best of luck, love, cuddle and may she swing a heavy bb with great form always. Big HMC love your always welcome.  

 

Warm up for the below you have 10mins people, you need to be warm and hit this one running.

We would like this to be done in waves. Each wave starts at the same time.
