Advanced Winner: Chris (6am)
Workout One: 11 mins 44 secs (ring muscle up)
7 mins rest
Workout Two: 7 mins 57 secs (35kg DB, HSPU with hands on 10kg plates)
=Total time for both workouts (excluding rest): 19 mins 41 secs
Intermediate Winner: Mitch (6am)
Workout One: 12 mins 45 secs (chin ups)
7 mins rest
Workout Two: 10 mins (27.5kg DB, HSPU with hands on floor)
=Total time for both workouts (excluding rest): 22 mins 45 secs
Beginner Winners for the two options: Tom B (chin ups and push ups) and James Ha (pull ups and box HSPU) (6am)
Workout One: TB: 8 mins 50 secs / JH: 8 mins

Workout Two: TB: 6 mins 50 secs (p-bar push ups, 17.5kg DB) / JH: 6 mins 27 secs (feet on box HSPU, 17.5kg DB)
= Total time for both workouts (excluding rest): TB: 16 mins 40 secs / JH: 14 mins 27 secs
Everyone who entered achieved impressive results, improving their scores throughout the month and often getting a quicker time with a heavier weight or a harder movement.
Some further improvements from the beginning of the month to the final week:
Olly – workout 2 = 5 mins 1 sec faster, with a heavier weight (intermediate / HSPU)
Michael – workout 1 = 13.20 in the first week to 11.25 in the second week (intermediate / chin ups)
Darragh – workout 1 = 12.28 in the first week down to 11.08 in the third week (advanced / ring muscle ups)
Roy – workout 1 = 14.48 in week 1 down to 13 in the third week (advanced / ring muscle ups)
Rob – workout 1 = 20 mins plus+++ in the first week down to 18.04 in the third week (advanced / ring muscle ups)
Daniel – workout 2 = 17.53 in the first week down to 15.33 in the second week (intermediate / HSPU)

3 ring muscle up (can kip) OR 7 chest-to-bar chin ups (you can choose and there will be one winner from each).
