StrongCon Christmas Schedule and Workouts

The six-week trial for this new class has come to an end.  It was such a success that the original design of 8-people per class was extended to 12 (and remained fully booked through to the end of the trial), an extra session was added to Wednesdays at 7.30 pm, and a further session will be at 7am on Fridays as of the 3rd of January.

In the meantime, there will be a new set of workouts and they will be delivered over this traditionally quieter period (16th December – 12th January) as per the schedule below.

After this period, the new three-month program will commence on Monday 13th January and will be six-days per week every week. There will also be an increase from four programmed workouts to six – a different one for each day of the week.
