The news you always wanted on a Monday has just arrived! A quick one to keep you all up to speed. As we are over the moon to let you know we will be opening up on Monday 12th April @ 6 am. We will be running with limited numbers as is the norm at present with all the normal covid rules in place.
The timetable will be made up of *OPEN GYM sessions. These will NOT be coached classes.
We would ask when booking into “OPEN GYM” sessions you book in to follow the specific program for the session. Onboard we will have a coach at every session for help and advice although will not be leading a class.
The training programs will be written up on the boards each day and posted in the blog as per usual for you to follow in you needed some extra motivation.
Please make sure you book into your sessions as per usual and if your unable to attend please cancel your spot to allow others to use the space.
If you have paused or cancelled your membership please fire it up and/or go get yourself a new membership. Get a few of your mates to get on as well.
As it stands classes should return from the 17th of May, keep your eyes peeled for more info! We will be offering personal training to those in a bubble and would like direct coaching. Please email [email protected] for more information.
If you have borrowed any equipment could you please bring it back 8th, 9th, 10th and 11th of April between the hours of 10-12.
