August Mobility class programming
Hello guys,
Quick info about what to expect in each week’s class during this month’s mobility classes, if you didn’t know yes there is a mobility class every tues @ 6:30pm arch 328!
As I am away for the first couple of weeks in August Leticia who has covered in the past will be running the classes, below you can find the details on what each will focus on with her. Last week of the month will have a spine focused class with lots of takeaway exercises to add to your routine.

Itinerary
Wk 1 (AUG 3rd): Hip mobility and pelvis/ lower back awareness
Wk 2 (AUG 10th): neck, scapula (shoulder blades) & shoulder joint
Wk 3 (AUG 17th): spine/ lower back focused
Wk 4 (AUG 24th): back with me! upper body focused! Less explanations, lots of sets & reps… expect this one to be HARD!!!
Wk 5 (AUG 31st): Spine segmentation, the ability to improve the way 24 joints of the spine move independently to provide overall movement freedom, strength & control.
