Barbell Club – Phase 2 – Sept 2022
This is month 2 of the strength program that is based on the Juggernaut method*. The reps reduce to 8 and the load increases. As before, do your best on the AMRAP as this will help you progress.
(*If you wish to do the precise version you can visit the Juggernaut website for further information or gain access to the program spreadsheet from a provider via a Google search. Ask your coach if you need help with this).
If you missed last month and wish to start from the beginning (sets of 10 reps) you can do the month 1 juggernaut reps with our month 2 accessories so that you will still be working alongside the rest of the class. I have added month 2 to the month 1 document so that you have access to both.
