Bench AMRAP – aim for 4 rounds in the 4 mins

8 bench press

16 DB squat

 

KB AMRAP – aim for 5 rounds in the 4 mins – light and fast

Use the same KB for all three movements – move consistently without stopping

16 RKBS

8 KB reverse lunge

4 KB OHP
