StrongCon Workout 2

In busy classes, advanced level can do the bike/rower/run at the start of each round to facilitate the sharing of cardio equipment and wall ball/ring row stations.

 

Part A – 20 min cap

6, 8, 10, 12, 14 BB sumo deadlift

6, 8, 10, 12, 14 burpee

8, 8, 8, 8, 8 each arm DB power clean and press (one DB)

12, 12, 12, 12, 12 air squat

5-10 cal assault bike – short and FAST – do same cals every round

60-90 sec rest

 

4 min rest before part B

 

Part B – 20 min AMRAP

10 BB push press

12 wall ball

14 ring row

15-20 cal row or ski or run to canal

60-90 sec rest
