Barbell Club – Sept
Barbell Club format is changing for this month. Rather than two full leg days there will now only be one. The second leg session will change to focus on glutes, arms and traps. Most people do one or two other classes per week in addition to BBC so you have lots of legs covered and in some instances too much. A specific focus on glutes, arms and traps can be absent in other classes so I will build these up in BBC over the coming months.
Workout 1 – legs (+back, abs)
Workout 2 – chest and back
Workout 3 – glutes and arms and traps
Workout 4 – shoulders (alternatively mixed with chest/back/arms/abs)
