The fifth week of the month will be a 1 rep max test week.

To accommodate the sharing of equipment, the exercises in the hypertrophy section of the class can be completed in any order. You may also find it appropriate to adjust the order to allow a muscle group more recovery. As always, if you would like to use the sleds, cables or machines as an alternative you are welcome.
