Barbell Club – June
Since there have been a lot of new people in the gym recently, I have made this month’s B format simple to follow so that everyone can get comfortable with their new space and team. Part A will continue with our current strength program, progressing to some heavy 5s. Part B will focus on hypertrophy and I will continue to call out the clock so that the whole class can work at the same time. Part C will be a high-rep finisher that you will complete alone.
