Strong Con – 2nd September to 13th October
Welcome to the new strong-con program this tasty little number is designed with an eye on your strength gains as well as your fitness and extreme buff-ness levels. A few words below from the boss to better explain the goodness that coming your way.
Welcome to September StrongCon!
6 weeks of ‘Undulating Waves’ is just a cheat way of getting your strong and getting some volume into your lifts.
Each ‘Wave’ has a % for your lifts, if you know them great, if not don’t worry, go off is ‘out of 10 feel’ so if it says 80% go with it should be pretty hard but doable, about 8/10 and from there, write your numbers down and you’ll have a solid idea of your lifting capacity.
Each day has a specific lift for those of you who follow StrongCon religiously however if you jump in and out of classes with a strength aspect, you can choose your own lift for the day!
The workouts following the strength part change every 2 weeks! Each day has a different workout following the strength but you will repeat that the following week and then it will switch up!
Lots of sweat and lots of lifts!
