Now that the festive holding season is over, we start 2025 with a bang!

New 6 Week Programme of Strong-Con starts the week commencing 13th January.

Keeping the higher volume for strength with undulating weeks of 8, 6 and 4s.

We’re staying with the option of either following the Squat, Bench, Deadlift and OH Press prescribed days or you can change it up to suit your training schedule best.

The Workouts this cycle have a Metcon base but with a twist of bodybuilding. This will keep you feeling not only conditioned but also ‘pumped’. These might be during the WOD or as a spicy little finisher so you leave feeling fabulous.

Look out for more Barbells in the conditioning aspect too, this will test your ability to keep your form moving slightly heavier loads under fatigue.
