Happy May almost Spring/Summer – sort of….will probably still rain.
Here is you next 6 weeks of StrongCon
Mixing up the strength a little but still starting with Higher Volume Hypertrophy work in the first 3 weeks, then moving into a strength phase for 1 week before back into a repeat! We’re basically building some muscle and then using said muscle gain in simple terms.
The workouts this time have all your aspects of training so you are getting the most bang for your buck in the hour of StrongCon.
You’ll be hitting some compound lifts under fatigue, Strongman movements with D Balls and Sandbags followed by some basic Metcon exercises to get your heart rate up!
You will also be finishing off your hour with some accessory work with small muscle groups and core exercises.
It’s like an all you can eat buffet, but for gains!
