StrongCon – June-July 2025

Hello all,

It’s a new Cycle for StrongCon and we are mixing up the strength portion and introducing waves, which means you will be increasing how many sets you will be doing at the beginning, which will be now 6.
You will be performing 2 waves within the set, and you should be able to increase the weight each wave, for example:

Wave 1: 10 @ 60 %, 8@ 65% 6@,70%
Wave 2: 10 @ 62.5%, 8@ 67.5%, 6@72.5%

This increase in volume will hopefully improve not only your strength numbers but also your strength endurance as we are starting higher in the rep range.

Workouts will still include a mixture of Barbell work, Cardio and Body building finishers, plus some interval work thrown in for good measure. Basically….we got you covered from all angles! Enjoy!
