We’ve been taking notes, embracing change, and we’ve got some exciting things to share! Momentum has decided to affiliate with HYROX.

We know what you might be thinking; not another class with shirtless wankers running up and down the gym. But hear us out. Momentum started 13 years ago, and as the times change, MetCon classes have become the norm at pretty much every gym. Yet, Momentum MetCon stays unmatched. The structure, the workout and the energy – you won’t find that anywhere else.

Why HYROX? It’s accessible, community-driven, competitive (in a good way), and it pushes you beyond what you thought possible – it perfectly snuggles into our already tried and tested wheelhouse.

With the affiliation comes early access to HYROX event registration. Plus, some slick graphics. Obviously.
