Gymnastics – October 2025
New month brings a new challenge. We are going to focus on some new bits and bobs this month and have little switch around.
Section #1
First up we are going to take ourself through 20 mins of:
- Wall Facing handstand holds x 10-30 seconds
- Inverted Box shoulder taps x 10-20 touches
- Front Level progressions x 10-30 seconds
- Jefferson Curl ( hamstring Stretch) x 30 seconds
Section #2
Then moving into our regular programming for Beginner / Performance
Beginners:
Dip and Pull ups
5×5 @ tempos
Performance:
We are going to take ourselves through “Nate”:
20minutes of:
2 RMU
4 HSPU
8 AKBS 24/16
Over the month we are going to aim at getting 10 rounds**

Section #3 of the class will see us take on some accessory movements to look after those joints and tissues:
- Ring Push Up w RTO + Scapular retrations 6-15 +10 @2020
- Strict Ankles to Bar x 6-10
- Db Zotterman Curls x 6-12
